All orders must be accompanied with a purchase order and colour
proof.

GENERAL
INFORMATION :
We
prefer to have files supplied as press ready pdf files with
all fonts embedded.
If
you are creating files that are bigger than A4/A3 and are having issues creating the document at actual size please
suppy at a scale of 25%. 50% or 75% e.g. if you are supplying posters
for A0 output, you can design your artwork at A4 size. Our sophisticated
rips will enlarge your files perfectly.
Images :
For optimum output all images at actual size (i.e. the final
printed size) should be a maximum of 100dpi - 150dpi. For
example if you are producing an A0 poster, design your artwork
at A4 and scan/create your images at 350dpi - 400dpi. This
will give you perfect results at A0 size.
Avoid using
images from the internet - they may look good on screen
but resolution of these images are very low and you will
get pixelation
Do not use transparencies or overlay effects in Powerpoint, InDesign or Illustrator. They may look good on screen and look ok when you produce a PDF but at the printing stage the output can be unpredicatable. We cannot be responsible if your output is not correct if you have used transparencies or overlay effects and no refunds or reprints will be offered as a result.
